I want to be able to display the geographic locations of a group of people. For example, have the map allow me to insert a pushpin in Los Angeles, New York City, Denver, etc. Then I could give out the website link to everyone in the group so they can view the map. Thanks! I don't know of any existing site that would allow a user to do that, but someone with some coding ability could build a Google Maps Mashup that would allow what you want to be custom done. So you can only live on one side or the other. In reality, the location is not that precise and you can find different locations on different maps. So there is a gray area.
